Many people are stuck in limbo…they want to take that next step into leadership and set an example for others but they just blend in with the crowd.  How does someone go from “just like everyone else” to a “I want to follow that guy” leader.  Well I think there are two key concepts that every leader shares, and I want to show you what those are.

The problem with most internet network marketers is they only focus on one of these attributes, and therefore fail at becoming a true leader in the online MLM business.  In order to succeed you need to practice both qualities on a consistant basis.  This is not something you can just “do” and you magically become a leader…no, it takes practice.

The first one is pretty obvious, you need to know how to market.  This means every aspect of marketing.  When you can effectivly market what you sell you can make some serious money online.  When you are generating hundereds of free MLM leads from your websites, it means you are good at marketing.

Now here is the problem…most people just focus on this aspect of the business.  They spend all there time learning about copywriting, internet marketing, and attraction marketing.  But because they focus all their efforts on this first part of leadership, they miss the second part which is just as important.

The second part of standing out as a leader is authenticity.  This one is important because most people try and be someone else.  They dress a certain way, act a certain way, or even try and talk a certain way.  It’s ok to be different…in fact it’s encouraged.  When people begin to see you as an authentic person who knows what you are talking about, they will begiin to follow you.

The import part to remember is you have to combine both of these aspects of leadership in order to be a true leader.  If you are unbalanced it will show.  If you marketing but act like everyone else how are they going to distinguish you from other people doing the same thing.  On the other hand if you are authentic but don’t know the first thing about marketing than kiss your network marketing business goodbye.  It is the combination of the two that makes you a true leader.

These are some of the most important techniques that any successful internet network marketer can do when it comes to becoming a leader, grabbing peoples attention, and attracting the right people to your business.  You are trying to build trust and a strong relationship with your market and when you can combine these two principles you will see this happen with massive results.

When you can dive deeper into your individualality you will begin to find your true authenticity.  Individualality is key in network marketing.  Make sure you constantly work to the true side of who you are.

Once all of the principles come together; the power of your marketing and your personality you will begin to see your marketing take off and into a new level.  When you begin applying these techniques you will grow as a leader and as a true internet network marketer.  Talk to you soon.
